EXISTING OR INDIVIDUAL DESIGN?
Most of our houses are custom build. Made after the exact specifications and wishes of our clients. That does not mean, individual and custom homes cost more.
When building prefabricated log cabins and log houses, you can choose between flat, glued or solid logs of various thicknesses, which usually range from 9 to 25 cm.
Our ancestors were aware that wood has its own charm and is versatile. Wood is a living, warm, natural and authentic material that tells its own story!
In the construction of such houses, only wood of the highest quality, dense and uniform growth is used, obtained from trees that have grown for at least a hundred years and were cut down in the most suitable period of time (in winter, when there is the least amount of water in the wood). All wood is properly impregnated immediately after processing.
Building from Slovenian spruce logs is ecologically sound, and it also enables a high percentage of recycling of the built-in materials.
We also offer the possibility of “turnkey” construction to all those who want a log cabin or log house ready to move into.
